This PR removes the properties  <code>dcat:next</code> and <code>dcterms:isReplacedBy</code> from the Vocabulary specification (section  6).  


Still to decide if other properties mentioned in the inverse property section (e.g.,  <code>dcat:hasVersion</code> and <code>prov:generated</code>) need to be removed as well.
