riccardoAlbertoni has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == Should we specialize dct:hasPart for dcat:DatasetSeries? == For data catalog, `dct:hasPart` is specialized into `dcat:dataset`, `dcat:service`, etc. Should we have some sort of specialization also for `dct:hasPart` used in `dcat:DatasetSeries`? In particular, to distinguish more between datasets that are 'just a bag of files' (see examples in [Loosely structured catalog](https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#examples-bag-of-files)) from actual datasets/distributions part of the dataset series.
