Thanks for sharing this use case, @garfi303 . Currently, DCAT makes use of `dcterms:accessRights` for these purposes, but it does not mandate a specific code list ([ยง8 License and rights statements](https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#license-rights)).
