This PR had been pending since March, and it was blocked also due to conflicts with the DCAT document we got in the meanwhile. I've solved the conflicts by implementing Simon's changes and Andrea's suggestions in the newest version of the HTML. (Especially, @dr-shorthair and @andrea-perego). Are there the changes I did those we wanted?
