Some references about versioning

Dear all,
As discussed in tonight's teleconference, I forward two references :
- the RDA document "Principles and best practices in data versioning for
all data sets big and small" [1],  I was not able to link during the
teleconference. This document explicitly mentions the DXWG and DCAT and
might offer further food for thought in future discussions.
- The wiki page about versioning [2], currently, still work-in-progress,
 in which we collect and compare vocabularies and their terms for
supporting the Versioning.

As for the latter reference, we welcome any suggestions about vocabularies
we might have disregarded in this first phase. (You can send them by
replying this mail, better if before next Tuesday).
