@heidivanparys @dr-shorthair's advice still stands. If a manager of a collection of papyrus scrolls considers DCAT useful to describe their stuff, they can use it. There may be an implicit expectation in DCAT that datasets are distributed as digital files, but I don't think this is necessarily so.
