All, At the last DXWG meeting we agreed that the working group would review the Content Negotiation document [1]. Please read this document over the next few days and make your decision on whether to promote Conneg to Candidate Recommendation. There is now a poll to accept the group's votes.[2] Because Conneg has operated as a small subgroup, some WG members may not be as familiar with this document as they were with DCAT. It is still important that we have a strong vote around this document, including as many working group members as possible. If you should feel that you cannot clearly give conneg a Yes or No vote, the poll gives you the opportunity to give an "abstain" vote. If you do so, it would be beneficial if you would provide some reasons in the comments box. This poll will end on Tuesday, September 24, and we will formally "resolve" the results on the poll in the plenary (which is necessary as documentation for the change in status). Thank you, Karen and Peter [1] https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/conneg-by-ap/ [2] https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/99375/CONNEG_to_CR/ -- Karen Coyle kcoyle@kcoyle.net http://kcoyle.net skype: kcoylenet
