The proposal in #1061 is to rename `ResourceDescriptor` to `ProfileDistribution` to better conceptually align with the DCAT model (`Profile`/`ProfileDistribution` aligns with `Dataset`/`Distribution` and this also follows the ADMS precedent which uses `Asset`/`AssetDistribution`).
