All, but especially those working on Conneg and PROF: At the date and time of our next meeting [1] work on Conneg and PROF must cease and the one-week working group review period begins. The state of those documents at the time of the meeting will be what is voted on by the working group, with an ending date of September 24. Polls will be set up for these votes. Once a deliverable has been presented to the working group as being ready for Candidate Review no substantive changes can be made. Thus, the September 17 content of those documents is what will be moved forward as recommendations (if the working group vote supports that). To keep things clear, please avoid making any PRs during the review period, even for minor editorial changes. This will be our guarantee of stability for the documents. To the editors, please be prepared to answer questions at the September 17 meeting, and to answer questions on the list during the week of review. Remember that all deliverables are considered work items of the entire group, and engaging the group in the deliverable is an important part of the work.
