All, As promised I added a table of dates on the home page [1] for the various deadlines for documents going to CR, right under the list of deliverables. Let me give you the scary news right up front: - the LAST date for delivering a finalized document to the WG for review is September 17, less than 2 weeks from now. - the working group must VOTE on the finalized document on September 24 for October 3 publication. That October date is FIRM because of the mandatory exclusion period. There is a bit more time for implementation reports, and some minor editing (typos, etc.) is allowed after October 3. My understanding is that to go to CR all issues must be dealt with (even if delayed for a future update), all feedback must have an accepted response, and of course there must be evidence of wide review by the "community" (W3C and beyond). This all must be accomplished by the September 24 date by my reckoning. Sorry for the fright. kc [1] https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Main_Page#Dates_for_CR -- Karen Coyle kcoyle@kcoyle.net http://kcoyle.net skype: kcoylenet
