Dear Colleagues

After very helpful discussion on the drafts by many colleagues Karen and I
asked Philippe through Dave R to see what he thought of the draft [
https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/recharter_2/charter/ ] and, apart from
minor editorial elements he feels it is shaping up but needs small
adjustments that can be made later.

This email is to get your view on the draft.  Do you think that it is OK to
send to W3C management?
