DCAT implementation evidence: Action for all

Dear Colleagues

I am grateful to Andrea for gathering the implementation evidence for the
DCAT v2, but there needs to be more input from any members of the WG who
have any sightings to offer.  These can include work in progress as this
illustrates agreement with the model that we are proposing.
