dr-shorthair has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg:

== Remove explicit Provenance sections ==
Remove stub chapter on Provenance patterns
Remove annex on DCAT/prov-o alignment
Attempt to clean text of cross-references to these

But also add notes pointing out where RDFS entailments would make DCAT resources also PROV Entities
