All,

For the months of April and May I will be at the University of Bologna
on a research grant. With the reduction of the DXWG for that time to the
two primary deliverables, Peter feels that he can chair on his own
during these months. I will still be available via email but hope to
concentrate on my research. I assume that if Peter needs help there are
those of you who can step up.

I'll be back in touch in June.
