Forward programme

Dear Colleagues

This note is to cover the points made at the plenary meeting of
2019-03-16T21:00 about the work over the next 2-3 months.

From this week all work on the Profile Guidance and the Profiles Vocabulary
will stop until the end of May so that we can focus on the completion of
the CR submissions of both the DCAT and Conneg chartered deliverables (as
long as we don't get bogged down with Conneg issues which can not get
solved rapidly).

There will be an opportunity during this week to complete a PWD of the
profiles vocabulary.

In addition to this note, we are also indicating to colleagues who are not
members of the working group but who interact through the GitHub that work
on these profiles-related items by including the label "On-Hold".
