We haven't discussed when the DCAT sub-group should meet after time zone changes (that is, from next week). To facilitate the discussion, I'd tentatively suggest we move back to the time we used last year: which was 08:30 UTC on Thursdays. Assuming I'm using the tools properly, that corresponds to (all on Thursdays): UK timezone: 09:30 Europe timezone: 10:30 Most Australia: 18:30 Adelaide: 18:00 The main drawback is that this really doesn't work for the US, but this was deemed acceptable last year since attendance skewed strongly to Europe and points east, and was closer to normal working hours that the 2100 UTC we have been using in winter. Alternatively, we could make the same shift as the plenary - just move to 20:00 UTC on Wednesdays which is UK timezone: 21:00 Europe timezone: 22:00 Most Australia: 06:00 Adelaide: 05:30 Berkeley: 13:00 Additionally, we might need to adjust things for next week, when daylight savings has still to happen in some places.
