In the Candidate Rec, we have to explain  how adequate implementation experience will be demonstrated. 
This can be done in the section "Status of This Document", similarly to what [Data on the Web Best Practices](https://www.w3.org/TR/2016/CR-dwbp-20160830/) did in his first candidate REC.

Info about the approaches that we are going to follows are discussed in issue #767.
