ACTION REQUIRED: Poll on submitting DCAT draft for CR

Dear Colleagues

At the plenary meeting today (2019-07-23T20:00:00) we decided to ensure
that all working group members should be asked if they are content for the
DCAT subgroup to present the DCAT draft for CR in their own time once they
have completed the editorial changes that resulted from the wide review.
