haven't been given any more information (e.g. regarding final dates for

Dear Chairs,

In light of the AC meeting schedule (7-9 April 2019), there will be no
publications from 6 through 11 April 2019.

Note: The automatic publishing system (Echidna) will remain operational
during the moratorium.
