Maybe I missed the discussion about this, but the new definitions in the bullet points above the diagram in https://rawgit.com/w3c/dxwg/dcat-issue432-simon/dcat/index.html#dcat-scope now say "dcat:X represents **a description of** a X" while 2PWD had "dcat:X represents a X". I think the 'a description of' is not correct.
