DXWG Plenary - 2019-12-10 - Holiday period

Dear Colleagues

We are still taking a holiday from the plenary meetings, but the topics for
consideration by email and github are in the agenda posted at
https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Meetings:Telecon2019.12.10

The topics are:
* Conneg to PWD3 ;
* DCAT1 Superceded - text needed;
* PROF poll results

It is critical that we get the right text agreed for the DCAT1 document to
indicate that it has been superseded.  Please can contributions be put in
https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/1177 by the end of this week
