DCAT Second Public Working Draft available for internal review

The DCAT sub-group is pleased to announce the availability of a candidate Second Public Working Draft for review (and hopefully ratification) by DXWG members. This draft has been extensively revised/re-written to partially address the requirements in the UCR (change history available in Appendix) and we believe is a significant step forward from the existing FPWD.

The draft can be found at this location: https://rawgit.com/w3c/dxwg/dcat-2pwd-internal-review/dcat/index.html . The document contains links to rdf files which are also stored in this branch so they remain consistent. (The links on the title page will only fully work when the document is published on the W3C site and relevant changes made e.g. to the resolution of "Latest published version" etc)

The intention is to look for ratification to publish this draft as an successor to the existing FPWD at the Plenary meeting on 2nd October. Of course, this is still a work in progress, with many issues still to address or address completely, so for ratification we are particularly interested in any sections which might be misleading on our intentions etc rather than just needing further work. It's probably simpler if comments are provided by email, to allow us to collate them efficiently.
