RE: Agenda DCAT-Telecon2018.09.20 - Dataset Exchange Working Group

I agree - that does indeed clear that action - thanks for pointing that out. Any further work if needed would sit under https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/114 anyway. I'll update it.

Now we have a new working draft, we should probably do a tidy up here of older actions, I suspect many of them are done too. Perhaps at next weeks meeting.

On point 3 on the agenda: outstanding actions:

I think I have done https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/track/actions/84. On 10 April, I made a proposal (see: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dxwg-wg/2018Apr/0081.html).

1. use dct:license to refer to licences like Creative Commons
2. use dct:rights to refer to rights statements that are not licences, such as copyright statements
3. use odrl:hasPolicy for linking to ODRL policies

Not sure what more can be done.

Makx.

Minutes are available here: https://www.w3.org/2018/09/20-dxwgdcat-minutes.

Note that outcome of the detailed issue discussion is now included in the agenda here: https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Meetings:DCAT-Telecon2018.09.20#Status_.26_Agreed_Action. This notes where we have issues that have been partially addressed for 2PWD, but are not yet ready for closure.

The meeting agreed that after addressing the small number of changes described here the DCAT sub-group is happy to ask the Plenary to review as a step towards publish as a Second Public Working Draft. This will be available Monday 24th September at the latest.
