The aim of this meeting is to confirm that the DCAT subgroup is happy with  the status of the 2PWD in advance of asking for Plenary review/approval to publish. The outstanding issues for 2PWD are listed here: https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/milestone/13 (though it will change before tomorrow).  Note that some issues have remaining aspects that will remain open after baselining for 2PWD - this is as per previous discussions.
