With the change in daylight savings (or "legal") time, we have the opportunity to make a change to our meeting times if we wish. For the moment, we can probably stay with our current times in the Northern Hemisphere, which give the Southern Hemisphere folks one more hour of sleep: UTC EU UK AUST CA 20:00:00 22:00 21:00 07:00(next day) 13:00 When the US changes, we can either stick with: UTC EU UK AUST CA 20:00:00 22:00 21:00 08:00(next day) 13:00 Or give the EU folks an earlier hour: UTC EU UK AUST CA 21:00:00 21:00 20:00 07:00(next day) 12:00 The easiest option to calculate is to stick with 20:00 UTC, but the EU hour of 22:00 is hard for many; if there are no objections, a change to 21:00 UTC may make life easier for some. We need to decide this before Oct 28, which is when the US makes its change. -- Karen Coyle kcoyle@kcoyle.net http://kcoyle.net m: 1-510-435-8234 (Signal) skype: kcoylenet/+1-510-984-3600
