Revision of Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT) : Schedule for publication of the second public working draft

Dear Colleagues

In the plenary meeting of 2 October we proposed to issue the editors draft
of the revision of the Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT)  [
https://rawgit.com/w3c/dxwg/dcat-2pwd-internal-review/dcat/index.html ]  as
a second public working draft from Friday 5th October.

There are still several open issues relating to the proposals in this
draft, available at https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/labels/dcat and this link
will be included in the draft.
