Re: Proposed/outline agenda for DCAT Subgroup 2018.11.28

Here the minutes:

https://www.w3.org/2018/11/28-dxwgdcat-minutes.html

We focused the discussions on two aspects:

- identification (see proposal by Riccardo in the wiki:
https://‌github.com/‌w3c/‌dxwg/‌wiki/‌DCAT-Identifiers
<https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/wiki/DCAT-Identifiers>): we discussed about
the requirements and assumptions about primary and alternative (or
secondary) identifiers and dereferenceable, and how these are orthogonal
issues

- qualified attribution patterns (see PR by Simon
https://rawgit.com/w3c/dxwg/dcat-issue79/dcat/index.html#qualified-attribution
and wiki page by Simon:
https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/wiki/Qualified-relations) - we discussed the
need for a new property dcat:hadRole to be able to represent attribution
roles in an entity-centric way, as opposed by the activity-centric way
done in PROV.

Thanks

A
