Here you have a funded *by* with a range of Agent and yet your proj property for an activity funding, same range Agent, is was funded *through*. Any reason to not have ...By in both cases? *through* to me sounds like it should be used like this: funded through an on-going, perdurant, thing. An Agent is endurant so funded *By* seems better.
