The lack of a use case could indicate that it isn't core. At the same time, I think the profiles ontology brings with it issues that we didn't create use cases for at the beginning, and maybe we should consider scoping our work based on the use cases we have. The UCR document doesn't include profiles ontology as a filter so unfortunately we would have to dig through both the profiles and conneg requirements to see what requirements there really are.
