Minutes for last ProfGui meeting

Hi Dave,

I stuffed up the Meeting Agenda/Minutes dates for the ProfGui meeting we had yesterday, as you can see on https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Meetings where there is a meeting listed for both Meetings:ProfGui-Telecon2018.09.31<https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Meetings:ProfGui-Telecon2018.09.31>, a non-date, & Meetings:ProfGui-Telecon2018.10.31<https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Meetings:ProfGui-Telecon2018.10.31>.  Minutes from IRC seem to have been associated with the non-date copy.

Please could you re-associate the minutes with the correctly dated agenda and delete the incorrect one? I don't seem to have delete privileges to be able to do that.
