Re: FW: DCAT Subgroup meeting w/c 29th Oct 2018

We had the same problem on the profgui call, although I am not sure that
our procedure was correct. We did have rrsagent and zakim running, but I
can't be sure that trackbot was there. Andrea, did you have trackbot
running? Also, should we do a test with DaveR watching and see what happens?
