Definition of `dct:subject` here: http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/#terms-subject Indeed, it says "This term is intended to be used with non-literal values", which would be inconsistent with `dcat:keyword`, which has an explicit range of `rdfs:Literal`.
