I'd say it's _not_ the same UTC time but that we meet an hour earlier (UTC): Right now it's 21:00 UTC (22:00 CET) and after the change to daylight saving it will be 20:00 UTC which translates to 22:00 CE(S)T. (YTMV=Your Timezone May Vary).
