Re: ODRL community group - and profiles

I took a look at this (and it's now linked from our wiki home page). The
section on profiles is short, but if you look just a section or two
above it they have created rules for inheritance and dealing with
conflicts that I think are worth looking at. Their use case is different
from DCAT but it is an interesting way to deal with the profile
inheritance issue.
