Proposal: for https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dxwg-comments/2018Jan/0000.html - respond with thank you and ask for the suggested "user stories" to enrich UCR doc and cross-check assumptions. for https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dxwg-comments/2018Jan/0001.html re comments on intro - respond that we will be further refining our definition of profiles, but our default position is to avoid specialistion of different types of profile unless we identity specific requirements to provide different guidance based on sub-types. If such requirements can be identified please provide a supporting Use Case and examples. re "5.51 – Multidimensional Metadata Profiles Tags: Profiles Stakeholders: data consumer Description: Similar data generated by different providers will likely arrive in different formats and with different properties and restrictions. When modelling particular applications that consume such diverse data, one should consider all these different settings and specify what to do with each of them. For each attribute defined in the domain model, it should be possible to specify all the related metadata properties used by the different datasets, their restrictions and relations. There should also be a canonical view to which all equivalent properties would map." Would appreciate other's views on how to interpret this. The first sentence i think is covered by having distributions specify profiles they support re r.5.2, arrangements of vocabularies in constraints we can note this may be required, but pass it on to the working group to decide if this is a responsibility of a vocabulary provider or the profile description mechanisms.
