Feedback to First Public Working Draft of the Dataset Exchange Use Cases and Requirements

The Norwegian Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) highly appreciate the work of the working group. We find the following use cases of special interest:

- DCAT Distribution to describe web services [ID6]
- Annotating data quality [ID45]
- Support associating fine-grained semantics for datasets and resources within a dataset
- Data access restrictions [ID17]

For some of these use cases we have a set of needs expressed as user stories. Let me know if that is of interest for the working group.
