Expression of Interest: DCAT update - Versioning requirements

As part of planning the work for the revision of DCAT recommendation, we've started looking beyond the Second public draft. One of the significant areas is around versioning supports e.g. use case 44 here<https://www.w3.org/TR/dcat-ucr/#ID44>, requirements in this<https://www.w3.org/TR/dcat-ucr/#VersioningRequirements> section, possibly other examples that have come up recently. The aim beyond any simple changes to the vocabulary is to provide clear guidance. Provisionally we expect to publish some (non-normative) examples and appropriate text that help users of DCAT understand the decisions they will need to make etc etc.

We (the DCAT editors) are keen to get on with this and it would be helpful if we can pull together a small temporary team to work on this at the detail level. [The wider DCAT contributors and the plenary will still be able to review and modify/redirect if required at the appropriate time.]

This work will include formulating the proposed changes, drafting the text, providing explicit examples etc in the form needed to update the deliverables so that we can provide useful facilities in the vocabulary and clear guidance that reflects an subject area with quite a wide range of practices (we think). It seems possible that profiles can play a role here too, though hopefully without any special features - but that's my conjecture at this point.

This subgroup will aim to collaborate via github, probably using the wiki and maybe the milestone feature. The intent is that no new meetings will be scheduled. If we do need to discuss verbally, we would probably use the regular weekly DCAT slot (subject to agreement, of course). It would be very good if we can make progress on this through September/October preferably to completion.

I've volunteered to coordinate/organise this (though I have an interest in this topic, so expect to contribute) and Makx and PeterW (I think) have already held their hands up as well. I know a number of others have mentioned an interest as well - can you please let me know who has the time and interest to get involved?
