The DCAT group met this morning/evening. Not entirely unexpectedly (given the time of year) the meeting was effectively inquorate but a useful planning/editorial discussion was held to organise the work needed to get to Second Public Working Draft (notionally scoped by Milestone 13<https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/milestone/13>), who should be chasing which issue/contribution, which issues needed most work etc. Full minutes are here: https://www.w3.org/2018/08/23-dxwgdcat-minutes One action was raised that the minutes missed: * Dave Browning to contact Dave Raggett re: release/publication process for the second working draft (who does what, confirm which URIs make sense etc).
