Ixchel & Karen created mock-up of requirements list

Ixchel and I chatted and decided to try out a mock-up of what a
requirements list might look like. The G-Doc spreadsheet has the
versioning requirements that we've been discussing and one segment of
the requirements for profiles (6.1).
