Follow-up: Clarification on Catalog and DatasetSeries Relationship in DCAT

Dear DXWG Comments Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Minjun Kim, and I am writing from the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in South Korea.

I would like to kindly follow up on a question I previously sent regarding the relationship between `dcat:Catalog` and `dcat:DatasetSeries` in the context of DCAT. I understand that `dcat:Catalog` uses the `dcat:dataset` property to include datasets, and while `dcat:DatasetSeries` is a subclass of `dcat:Dataset`, there is no explicit mention of `DatasetSeries` in the Catalog class definition. This raises some ambiguity about whether it is formally correct to include a `DatasetSeries` within a `Catalog`.

Could you please clarify:
- Is it acceptable or intended for a `dcat:Catalog` to include a `dcat:DatasetSeries`?
- If this is not supported, would you be willing to share the reasoning behind this design choice?

I apologize for the repeated inquiry—I am resending this message in case the earlier ones were missed.

Thank you very much for your time and for your continued work on the DCAT specification.

Warm regards,
Minjun Kim
