[RE] Inquiry on Catalog and DatasetSeries Relationship

My name is Minjun Kim, and I am writing from the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI).

I would like to inquire about the relationship between Catalog and DatasetSeries in the context of DCAT. Specifically, is it permissible for a Catalog to contain a DatasetSeries?

I understand that while Catalog has a dataset property, and DatasetSeries is a subclass of Dataset, there is no explicit reference to DatasetSeries in the Catalog class. At the same time, the catalog property exists and inherits from Dataset, which adds to the ambiguity.

Could you kindly clarify whether it is acceptable for a Catalog to include DatasetSeries? If not, I would appreciate your insight into the rationale behind this design decision.
