New dqv:inDimension

Hi Jeremy,
As part of action 258 [1], I have to tell you that the property
dqv:inDimension has been revised: we decided to remove its domain  and  it
is currently defined as the super-property of  daq:hasMetric 's inverse.

If you are wondering how the new inDimension looks like, you can take a
look at [2].
