Helping with reviews

Hello!

After the great F2F [1] we had in Zagreb, we send bellow two main tasks 
we must achieve between next week and April 1st:

1. To review the Best Practice: Enable Data Subsetting [2], which will 
be voted next Wednesday.

2. To review the Best Practice: Reuse vocabularies [3] , which will be 
voted next Wednesday.

3. To review [4] the Intended Outcomes and Tests of each BP until April 
1st, when we will vote them.
