Addressing comments from external reviewers

Hi all,

Today, I made some updates on the DWBP document to address the comments
received from the community [1].

As you can see on the wiki table [1], there is one or two commits for each
comment (commits are in the proposal column). If the group agrees with the
proposal, then we're gonna send a message to the commenter's author. If the
author agrees with the proposal, then the comment is solved :)

Some notes:

* Comment 2 from Ivan Herman was partially addressed. I included the
reference to the CSVW primer. However, I don't know how to make an example
to incorporate geospatial data into the metadata. He said "Maybe it goes
too far to include it in this document, but [4] also includes an example on
how to incorporate geospatial data into the metadata (which may be more
appropriate for the bus stop example); it may be worth at least mentioning
it in the text. ""

Should we just mention it in the text or should we ask help with the
example?

* For Comment 6, instead of including a paragraph in BP22, I propose to
include a paragraph at the end of the introduction of Data Access section
[2].

* Annette is working on comments 4 and 8 right now :)

Please, let us know if you have any comment or suggestion about the
proposed updates.

Cheers,
Berna
