about the implementation grid

Hi all,

I have a new proposal for the implementation grid [1]. However, as I
discussed with Makx [2], for guidelines and data portals that use our BPs I
am not sure how we can "test" the BP. Maybe, for these cases,  we should
have another type of form.

What do you think? Should we have distinct types of form to gather
evidences of implementation (datasets, data portals and guidelines)?

I think the following questions can help us to answer the question above:

What should be checked (tested?) when the evidence is a guideline?
What should be checked (tested?) when the evidence is a dataset?
What should be checked (tested?) when the evidence is a data portal?
