Main agenda

   - Vote to publish Data Quality Vocab as a working group note (as
   notified in previous email)
   - Vote to publish Data Usage Vocab as a working group note (as notified
   in previous email)

THIS MEANS WE WILL BE FINISHED WITH BOTH VOCABULARIES AS A WORKING GROUP

   - BP doc: debrief of director's call
      - Including existing large datasets on the web in our
      implementations: open, scientific, reference data, etc
   - Collecting BP Implementations
      - Deadline for submitting implementations 15th Sept
   - Future calls: After this call, one every two weeks at the usual time
   for 15 minutes. (Agendas will be sent out as usual)
