Dear all, Several of us have just had the call with the Director to discuss transition of the BP doc to Candidate Rec. His decision is that the WG can go ahead and publish the document as a Candidate Recommendation on Tuesday 30th August unless there is further push back from Addision. The Director further advised that the CR Exit Criteria include an analysis of how well at least one well known and publicly accessible dataset matches our BPs. My reading of Addison's latest e-mail, received during the transition call, is that those amendments to the locale BP can easily be made. This e-mail does not constitute a formal announcement - that comes later as part of the Process. My thanks to Bernadette, Carol, Newton and Deirdre for presenting the WG's work so conclusively.
