Hadley, can we add this to the agenda, something like:

'Decision on whether to publish FPWD on 20th Feb. '

There shouldn't be a need for a vote, if that's what the editors propose.

I also suggest we FREEZE the document on 13th Feb, so that there's no 
changes in the week prior to voting.

Hi Deirdre,

We (the BP editors) have discussed pushing the vote and agreed it
would be better to do it on February 20, so we can send an email with
changes we are making and give them a week to read the document and
discuss it again. In this case, we could discuss some open issues on
Friday. Would that be okay?
