ISSUE-34 Coordinate with antoine about the data quality effort

Hi All,

I've contacted Antoine, due to his absence this week we did not meet yet.
I'll modify the due date on the action by 2 weeks.

In the meantime I will start with a frame for the respec document on 
github.
