[DWBP] Call for Limits on Web Data of Customers

Hi DWBP Members,

Yesterday the New York Times [1] published an article about a White House
report and I think it is related to our today's discussion about Data
Usage, privacy and SEO.

I think the report is this one [2], but I am not sure.

There is another interesting 2012 report from the White House about privacy
[3], but as far as I remember about our F2F meeting discussion [4] is that
we are not making any Best practices recommendation about privacy, but just
point the user to already known private data on the web best practices,
like [4]
